A wedding ceremony may be cancelled at any time. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) by the bride and/or groom directly. Cancellations communicated by family members, wedding party members, or other third parties will not be accepted.

Late Cancellation (Within 60 Days of Ceremony)

Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled ceremony date forfeit the deposit in full. No additional balance will be charged for services not yet rendered.

Deposit Refund

The $200 deposit is fully refundable minus a $25 administration fee if cancellation is requested within 10 days of the original booking date. After 10 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Refund

If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the original booking date, any balance payments already made are fully refundable. Balance payments made after the 10-day window are non-refundable.

One rescheduling request is permitted at no additional charge, subject to officiant availability. The existing deposit will be applied to the new date. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $50 rebooking fee.
